The participants learn to identify, create, and communicate with visual signals. The course covers visuals, the 5Ss, Spaghetti Diagram, Red Tag, and walks the participants through a successful implementation of this Lean tool at the workplace. Combined with Introduction to Lean and 5S the Visual Workplace we create a process map, identify bottlenecks, form a team, and get on the Gemba walk. Your team is guided in every step with daily start-up meetings, progress reports, and de-briefing at the end of each day. The team will track before and after measurements and prepare a report to the sponsor at the end of the course.
