About us and our passion for LEAN and Teams!
Felix Kuemmerli is founder and owner of LEAN and TEAM. After a Business Degree and Hotel Restaurant management degree (Master level) from Switzerland he added a Marketing and Business Management degree in the USA.
After 14 years of experience as the founder and CEO of Avenir P.P.S. Inc. and work in several countries, he started facilitating training courses for small and large companies. With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and OSHA 30 certification he has the necessary tools to pass on important knowledge to your entire team from the frontline to executive level. With 10 years of experience, he has conducted over 10’000 hours of in-person-training and created the change and understanding necessary for successful manufacturing.
Felix’s passion for using resources and raw-materials wisely and efficiently create the base and interest in Lean Manufacturing. The best ideas depend on a well-functioning and harmonious Team. His extensive experience in Team Improvement Courses complement the success of LEAN and TEAM training.
